A Delighted alternative, for after the stop-gap

Delighted, the NPS and CSAT survey tool Qualtrics owned, closed on 30 June 2026. Qualtrics said it would delete customer data after that date, and delighted.com now leads to a Qualtrics page saying Delighted is no longer available.

If you ran surveys on Delighted, you've probably moved them somewhere already, perhaps in a hurry. This page is for the teams whose quick fix is quietly becoming permanent.

Before the stop-gap becomes permanent

Check how your new tool charges as your survey program grows. Several survey tools price by the response:

Pricing by the response is a fair model, but it means the bill rises as a survey works, which is worth knowing before you build a program on it.

Asking inside the product

In-app surveys ask people while they're using your product, rather than in their inbox. Refiner, which makes in-app surveys, reports a response rate of 21.71% across 283 in-app NPS surveys in its 2025 benchmark. That's Refiner's own data from its own customers' surveys, not an independent study.

What Meles is building

Meles is in development: in-app NPS, CSAT and feedback surveys, popups, banners and announcements, in one small script. It isn't ready yet: the roadmap shows what's done and what comes first. What we can already promise is no per-response fees, no per-message fees and no per-seat fees.

If you exported your Delighted responses before the shutdown, we'll import that CSV into Meles for you by hand when we launch. There's no self-serve importer: a person does it, for the first teams who ask.

Where these facts come from

Every figure on this page comes from the vendor's own public pages wherever one exists, and each is dated below. Vendors change their prices often, so check their page before you decide anything. We re-check every figure at least every 60 days.

Join the waitlist

The waitlist hears first when there's something to try. In the meantime you'll get a short build-in-public update every two weeks: what we built, what we learned from the teams we talked to, and what's next.

Two quick questions help us decide what to build first.

What do you want first?
NPS, CSAT, feedback and churn questions
Banners, popups and what's-new posts
Later: we'll build these after surveys and announcements
